Monday: Geese

It rained all day ... sorry for sounding so repetitive ...!
I messed about with my bits of fabric and have cut half a dozen shapes like  these and if it's raining tomorrow I'll sew them up as keyrings.
Rain stopped around 4pm, I had a wander round the garden, still a few flowers providing colour - it's also very mild. No wind either!
6pm I heard the geese, ran to get my camera but managed this poor photo. I heard them a few days ago, they are down on our beach and there are many dozens of them. Favourite sound of the Autumn is their calls as they fly in formation :-))
