I was so proud of my man today as he appeared live on tv to talk about the benefits of cycling. It ended up being a really long interview talking about all sorts of things including the future of k'stan. Rather him than me!

Tmw morning at 7 we're saying goodbye to our teammates for who knows how long. I'm dreading it :(
