Red Letter Day.

Yes I know it is yet another squirrel blip but a special Red Squirrel blip.  The shot isn't a poor shot which I should have cropped.  The black is Clickychick's shoulder!

We spotted the little feller at the feeder and as it seemed to be yet another individual CC decided to see how it reacted to humans.  She began by sitting on the doorstep.  Then she moved on to one of the garden chairs.  Eventually she placed the chair about 10ft from the bird bath.  All this was being done between visits, the squirrels take a nut and disappear presumably to stash it for the winter.

Finally while sat in the chair it ran across the grass to the bird bath and had a good drink before trotting off across the lawn.  With luck we will be able to get it/them used to our presence.
