Practically a lie-in this morning with no call from Bailey until ten to eight. He shared his company around this morning before we got up and was happy to go for a walk around the big block - and even happier to have a chance encounter with the bestest friend, spending the next five minutes pointing in the wrong direction. Once we were back, he was abandoned and we headed off to Gainsborough to the favourite shop and out for lunch. Purchases made but relatively reserved for a visit on pay day. 

Bailey was pleased to see us on our return and waited fairly patiently for his second walk of the day. He hasn't required a third having filled his belly up. And we've telly-watched and I've hexagon-cut, hopefully for another sewing spurt before Term Two starts.
