The building at the far end of this block used to be the location of a thriving Glasgow institution, the famous 'What Every Woman Wants' http://www.glasgowlive.co.uk/whats-on/shopping/remember-what-every-woman-wants-11608995

It must have been very grand in its heyday, these towers look quite Parisian. However by the time it was WEWW, it was well past its best and its now been derelict for many years, sadly.
