Set Up

One of the best reasons for being married to Norma is that she is a former professional actress and an excellent model. Next Monday I am scheduled to present a tutorial called "Improvised Studio Lighting" and to make the event run smoothly we spent a couple of hours trying out some of the ideas I am due to discuss.

It wasn't really a proper set up - just experiments. I had no intention of publishing any of the test images - but by the finish there were so many nice pictures of Norma I felt I should share one with you. My request had been for her to remain expressionless so I could more easily compare one frame with another. I am not sure Norma's expression in this one is exactly blank, but it IS enigmatic.
