Rajah Rammohun Roy, Seagull & Unicorn

This statue of Rajah Rammohun Roy 1772-1833 stands between the Cathedral and the Council House - he was a Philosopher, Reformer, Patriot, Scholar and a founding father of Indian Renaissance. He died in Bristol and has a rather fine mausoleum in Arnos Vale Cemetery.
