Is it a humming bird???

I know it’s a starling but ...
I spent some time today watching my fairly new red “flower”, hoping a bird would land on it and one almost did!!
( I blipped a starling before on one but it was a blue “flower”
Quite a busy day today apart from “flower watching”, including looking out for the coal man, taking my wife to catch a bus and a chance meeting with an old pal.
P.S. aren’t birds’ wings amazing
