Inspired...

....by 14 little penguins that Sandra had knitted (which I really should have photographed for my blip, they are amazing), I went to Jarrolds at lunchtime to buy some needles with points at both ends (another story). While there I bought 2 more different balls of white wool. When I will have time to knit all these, I don't know.

Work is busy, but because I need to get everything done for a week, in just 3 days. Looking forward to 4pm tomorrow, when I will be leaving whether the work is done or not. There is too much to do for the number of staff to do it. As always has been the case in my 30 years in Local Government. In my next life, I'm going to a) be a man and b) do a job i enjoy, and c) earn a lot. Don't believe people if they say money doesn't make you happy. Not having money makes you unhappy.

I left at 5. I wanted to be at home in the daylight, so that I could see the chickens, but they were in bed when I got in at 6.

But its bake off and knitting tonight, so not all bad.
