Our visiting friends went off for the day on Harris and so I was left with familiar haunts. Just as I was leaving having thought how impressive the waves were, a surfer arrived. Not a common site not surprisingly, he seemed enthusiastic about the prospects.
A pub supper in the evening provided the end of the day's entertainment.
