Rosa

We had the delight of puppy-sitting Rosa for a couple of hours this morning. She is growing apace, especially those ears which now look to have reached proper spaniel ear proportions.
This morning I had an appointment with our asthma nurse, at least that is what I thought but after a couple of questions, she said, "it looks like you are developing type 2 diabetes " !
How did that happen? Anyway, I am not needing any medication but will be taking steps to control this by dietary changes. So hello fruit and veg and goodbye sugar & fat.
