Evolution

Worked from home today - still feeling rubbish, so I'm glad I did.  Thought I'd take a few shots out of the window with my macro lens, and got a surprise when all these little aphids came into view, some clearly having already matured into (black?)flies.  Life is amazing.

Popped up into Blackheath at lunch to go to Holland & Barrett, but other than that just sat and ploughed through emails.  Phoned my Mum this evening as she had had an operation today.  She sounded fine, but rather bruised and battered.  Poor Mum!
