Homebrew.

Seeing as I only put this homebrew on yesterday, then I suspect it might not be quite ready just yet. I've actually bought a hydrometer and measured the original gravity: 1042. Apparently this means it's going (in theory) to have an alcoholic content of just over 4%. So long as it tastes OK. One week in the bucket and 8 in the barrel. Patience is a virtue.
