Swans at Shearwater

Up after the night shift and finally its rest days, yey, its been a monster of a week, working 7 days thats 63 hours at work, plus 10 hours overtime over 5 days.

Hung the washing out under blue skies, 5mins later it was raining, so brought it in and then the sun came out!

Having done no exercise for a week I needed to get out stretch my legs and do some miles.

Went for a run around Shearwater lake and into the woods, it was lovely and not too muddy! Did a spot of bird watching when I got back.

The leaves in the woods are starting to change colour, its getting chilly, Autum is on its way.
