The summer sun is fading as the year grows old.

A lovely day for a blipmeet.
We met at the Jinney Ring craft centre in Hanbury , JDO, Hildasrose and Rob, Tedwin and Reddilady and I had coffee. Some people had cake, mentioning no names.
Then we popped down the road to Hanbury woods . It's a beech wood and is usually stunning in autumn but the colours haven't really quite peaked yet, still it was good to wander around in the fresh air and take photos. The day had started with bright sunshine but there was a bit of hazy cloud when we got there so the leaves weren't quite as vibrant as they could have been. 
Photo is a solitary beech leaf and the extra shows more leaves and a bit of starburst of sunshine.
