Rock and Roll

Toda we went off-roading with Kankku. We've been twice before in their Land rovers but this time we upgraded to Mitsubishi Pajeros and one of the Kankku men drove ahead to guide us round 5 trails. We drove around Coniston and The Langdales, climbing up to some fantastic views and going over some pretty rough terrain. Our guide gave us instruction through 2 way radios which we all had in our vehicles. We stopped in Coniston for lunch at the Ship Inn.
It was a brilliant day and a great way experience bits of the Lake District we might not otherwise see.

A quiet night in tonight to recover, ready for our last day tomorrow.
