Whitby Abbey

Tonight was the first night that Whitby Abbey is illuminated. As the weather was reasonably good we had a trip across the Moors.

Well worth the trip despite it being crowded with families enjoying the half term break. Not only did the lights change colour but bats and cobwebs also appeared on the ruins too. Dracula was due to put in an appearance later on but we decided to walk back through the town.
