Living it up for ......

....... lunch at St Georges Hospital.
KJD and Em had been there since 7.30am, the Rev went done to Theatre ( think the film showing was something about removing a Kidney?? ),at 8.30am . However all went well and after a couple of hours in recovery he was back on the ward at 3pm ( "M" and I got to the hospital about 11.30am) . "O" phoned from the Seychelles and his dad was awake enough to have a Video link with him so it was great for them both ,also for us all, he's got super accommodation too.
"J" went down to the Theatre at 12.00 midday and was back in the ward at 4.30pm very woozy but "M" and I was able to say hello / goodbye. All in all it was a good day ( not sure either "J or Rev" enjoyed the film???) Now the 2nd step of the journey for both lads. KJD has a great, great supportive friend in Em , so very thankful for that. The Rev's brothers 60th birthday today so ---- Happy birthday"J".
"M"and I went to an Italian restaurant for a quick meal before I took her home . Wishing her a safe journey as she is going to visit her family in Greece for 2 weeks from tomorrow.
My caring family are incredible ( south and north ).

Thankful ...... to ALL the staff at St Georges and the incredible surgeons ( that goes for ALL NHS staff everywhere ).

Thank you for all the support from the blip friends too.
