Causey Pike

Up and down stairs for a cooked breakfast. Then we headed into Keswick to grab a few bits and bobs for lunch before heading to Causey Pike. Beautiful walk with a bit of scrambling in there too, although it was super windy and my hair bobble broke as we were walking up so my hair ended up in knots! It wasn’t until we were almost back to the bottom that I remembered I had packed a hat in our rucksack!

Back to the car after we finished our walk and then we headed to Ambleside for a wander around the shops. Didn’t see anything worth buying so we headed back to Keswick and to the Wetherspoons for some drinks. Dinner at the Italian place, And then we had ice creams as we walked back to the BnB in the pouring rain and howling wind. We don’t get much more Scottish than that!
