009 Richard

The first bloke to make it onto my Blip!! Richard is my landlord and friend! General opinion would be that you shouldn't do business with friends, but we are disapproving this, Richard is a great landlord and we are great tenants!! He is funny, wise, laid back, very handy at fixing our shower, and has always a great story to tell.

Welcome Richard, you'll have to work on bringing some more blokes on Thursday nights so you won't feel surrounded by women all the time!!
