Does anyone speak spider-ese?

I think it is a message in code.

Guerilla Leader Incy Wincy has gone into hiding, leaving this important message under the deck table. (It could be telling me it is time I cleaned off the cobwebs,  but I think  it is more likely 00-Incy has left instructions as to our next meeting place - in code so the Bird Brigade cant find him first.)

I decided not to sprinkle with drops which would take it out of the category of abstract. As I understand it, an abstract should not be immediately recogniseable. It is looking to capture something in a way that it would not usually be seen. That is what Mr Google said anyway.
