Transition

A day at home today, coming to terms with the absence of scenery, and the presence of email and dirty washing.

Downloaded the 1200 pictures from the last 10 days; and those are just mine. The sorting will take a little while.

It's noticeably colder and darker here. The one hour time shift doesn't help the darkness, but the change of temperature feels a bit weird given that we've come away from somewhere with snow...

Not much time to get back into the run of things though, as this evening is the IAM Group meeting. This was an open Q&A session. The resulting discussion, as expected, largely boiled down to never putting the car somewhere the brain hadn't been to 10 seconds earlier.
