Cartoon Capers

Coming home. Waiting for the train at Angouleme, which Angouleme - not the TGV) has taken the strip cartoon under its wing. As evidenced on buildings, a film festival and on this memorial to one of the original designers.

And then at the other end, Lille was murky and drizzly. But I was intrigued by the Testathlon label on this guy's handlebars. I've just Googled it and it turns out that it was a recent charity bike and fun run in the Lille area raising money for research into digestive illnesses. So good on him. 

Back in Blighty now catching up on the last few days' Blips. Sorry not to have been in touch much.
