Abandoned industrial building

We had to go to Victoria yesterday and decided to go through Duncan so I could pick up the sunglasses that had arrived.  I thought I'd have to make another trip to Duncan to pick up my regular glasses, but bonus - they'd arrived as well!  It was G's idea to go through Duncan, so I was really glad we did that.  This building is on the main highway.  I think it's the old cement block plant - maybe Jandeman knows.  I've been wanting to get a shot of it for a long time, so another reason to thank G for a slight change of plans.
Edit: Jandeman knew and added this comment: Yes, this was a concrete block facility. The name may have been Brownsey Block. Now it is located in Chemainus.
