Hedging my bets

This morning it wasnt so bright and beautiful as yesterdays weather, but there was some brightness, which helped my blip of the hedgerow by the farm for todays contribution.

We then had to pop to Sainsburys to collect the last of our euros for our forthcoming trip, together with some groceries.

After lunch, we decided that we would get so e outdoor chores done before the forecast drizzle began. Hub had just started to wash the car, whilst I was chief leaf collector and sweeper upper, when the rain started, earlier than predicted, but we persevered and got the jobs done. Not so easy clearing wet leaves :-/

We are just having a light tea to ight, a Cornish pasty, as we are quizzing tonight, a full compliment of six, so who knows!!!

Very damp and dismal now, with a chilly forecast of 6 degrees tonight!
