Timing

The weather changed as I was leaving Lisbon today - good timing
I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to check in, have breakfast, read, linger - good timing
Unusually passport control is after all of the above lingering. I didn’t know this, and the computers were down - bad timing
I ran past all the gates, no sign of my plane, no information from airline at all, a 2 hour delay. Timing? I’m not sure
I pull onto the M50 at 4.30pm - bad timing
Where does all this leave me if the negatives cancel the positives and vice versus?

All that said Lisbon was a real treat. If I had had expectations they would have been surpassed.
