Halloween Looming

Had a lovely day today with number one grand daughter.  We wandered off to a local shop for some 'naughties' and bought a small pumpkin which E carved in readiness for Halloween. We also iced a cake she'd made yesterday in the shape of a dinosaur. Beautiful.  She was practicing for one she needs to make for school next week in her cooking class - what we used to call Domestic Science in my day. 
We met up with her papa and grandpa for some lunch at the beach which was lovely.  In the afternoon we walked into town for a GP visit - she has eczema which had flared - before heading back home.  Steps well and truly got today!
Later on I went to our local Museum where a Halloween Event was being held and photographed some of the kiddies having their faces painted. Great fun!
Camera Club tonight too so a very busy day all in all, hence the very late blip!
