Up early for cleaning and shopping, Will was in charge of dog walks which made everything a lot more effective. Then our friends arrived, speedy lunch and straight out for paddleboarding. The instructor they had in the summer declared he enjoyed his time out in the lake with them and next time they don’t need him. He taught them all extra tricks, everyone ended up very happy. Next in the schedule was home, spaghetti chucked at the children then Hannah and I went for hot yoga (she declared it Hard Work), home for roasted seafood, ignored YogaLinzi’s warnings of no wine, and then to the pub. Smashing day, all according to the planned schedule.

Tomorrow is planned a more leisurely schedule of dog walk and lunch....
