Tidying the hell out of the flat as my letting agency notified me via text this afternoon that they're doing a viewing tomorrow morning.

I figure if I make this place look great then the people viewing will take it right away, thus meaning no future strangers in my flat.

And the suckers then get to inherit the bums peeing/sleeping in the stairwell and windows that don't open.
