A New Lock on An Old Latch...

Supposedly off work today, so after a few hours on my computer in the morning I went with my friend Kate to a very wet and rainy Beverley for lunch and a bit of a mooch. I managed to pick up a few stocking fillers for Mr Kit and the boys but no blips due to the rain.

This evening was one of our regular dinners out with the girls. Katie (of the broken pelvis in a freak horse riding accident 6 weeks ago) made it out in her wheelchair which was fab and hopefully after her visit to the surgeon on Monday she will be able to start putting weight on it and be up and about by Christmas. We had such a lovely evening, they are 4 very special ladies indeed and we are all rather excited that Ellen will be adding to our numbers in a few weeks with the arrival of her first baby.
