A attended the Edinburgh Schools P7 Football trials on Wednesday. Each school gets to nominate a small number of players.  I thought he had a bit of a shocker - first time he’s played for weeks due to a combination of injuries and holidays. He thought so too. But today he got the letter that he’s made it into the final trial.

Unfortunately, he can’t make it. He’s away all week at an outward bound centre.

He took the news pretty well.
