Ferry Lane.

In the conservation area of the ancient parish of Chesterton, Cambs. Ferry Lane leads down to the access point for the old ferry crossing to Stourbridge common, which preceded the cycle and footbridge. I expect the children are off to the playground across the river Cam or maybe a bike ride along the tow path.
