Yet Another Fungi Shot

At the risk of getting ‘blipcast’- I have found another fungi to photograph.

I actually went out with my SLR and tripod this afternoon looking for a blip - and this is the only thing I found that grabbed my attention. I believed it is called Wood Ear and is edible.  The sun was just about to dip below the horizon, illuminating the insides.

I did photograph some nice yellow silver birch leaves with the blue sky this morning - but the shots were very disappointing.

Two dog walks - bringing step total to 17,000 so far - and some housework and that is my day pretty much done. Left over roast chicken to be made into a chicken, broccoli and tomato bake for tea.
