Indie at the beach

We went to Heacham beach today. It was a gloriously sunny day and although we have done lots of jobs and had a good rest we haven’t done too much this week, so it was nice to be out together.

Indie hasn’t had such a long car journey before but he was fine. I think I will try and get him a pillow to lan against in the boot.

He wasn’t quite sure what to make of the sea, sand or pebbles. Something spooked him and he was a bit timid at first. Then we met 4 other dogs on the promenade and he was happy. We walked and he loved it. The tide was in, but he wasn’t interested in paddling. On the way back the tide was going out so there was softer sand to walk on and he preferred that.

We went into Hunstanton for chips and he loved the titbits he got - quite a treat. He even got some of our ice cream wafers! Never been heard of before, well from Mr PB or myself.

Great day thoroughly enjoyed being there the 3 or us.

Home to hear that Mr PB’s mum is waiting to be admitted into hospital. She hasn’t eaten all week and drunk very little.
