Late afternoon sun

First frost in the garden this morning - it's always a few degrees colder down there. It was a glorious day, although it took a while for the sun to reach the garden. The light was hitting these trees at a low angle just before we left for the day. The silver birch is turning gold - I hope it keeps its leaves until it's completely gold.
