Ginger Slice...

Today was not a good day to be outside. We did manage a coffee with my sister after visiting the Christmas Tree Farm and Farmers Market. Then it was time to do a small grocery shop. It fined up enough to plant some lavender for a small hedge following the path. But the highlight was making an oat ginger slice that I had tried in a cafe a while back. I am pleased to say I am impressed and very pleased with the result.
