Chapel Stile, Langdale

The most beautiful day and I feel very lucky to live here and to be able to  soak up the beautiful colours and enjoy the superb scenery.  Wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

We were a bit undecided where to go and ended up in Langdale. It was amazingly busy everywhere but not surprising given the weather and mild temperature.

Home via Gummer's How - see extra - and then out to a local hostelry for food.

Great day.  And, also,  No 2 son phoned to say that he now has the programme for the next part of his course and should be able to join us for Christmas along with his brother.  Yay.
