Harbour Lights
Back in the spotlight again.
Thanks for all the attention you have been giving my journal recently.
I apologise for not replying to you all and visiting all your journals.
Just not enough hours in the day.
Meetings all afternoon.
Lots of talk ,but we seemed to make progress and it was all important stuff.
However, by the time I arrived home my head was ready to burst.
My wife told me to go and get a blip and I was needing the fresh air.
So I headed across to Greyhope Road on the far side of the harbour.
Left the house at 6.15 but the light was almost gone by the time I arrived.
Lots of boats manoeuvring in and out of the harbour.
The pilot boat was racing back and forwards.
I went down onto the old harbour wall, only to have the Harbour Authority come and tell me I shouldn't be on it as it was unsafe.
Its only been there for a hundred years.
Wonders of health and safety,
but he was very nice about it
Anyway, had lots of pictures but have ended up blipping a general view across the harbour. The reflected lights in the half light were very metallic and I liked the view of Aberdeen in the background.
