Visited abbey and a wander around town .
Got some lardy cake and saw famous TV chef in old bookshop ( Lesley Waters )- found book of William Barnes poems and another on Mauritius my friend hasn’t got . So vey successful shop .

Tonight a mass at church for my 95 year old pal . Then family get together in church hall and perhaps a chat over a Calvados !
