Through a (new) wet window

Yet another very wet day - there seem to have been months of them and they are all the harder to take after a brief glimpse of bright, sunny, golden autumn yesterday.

This was taken from my new work space , where I spent the afternoon after doing more box packing and lifiting this morning as we continue with our changes to the house . Only my old study remains to be completed ( though there are small consequental changes to other rooms) but it is going to take quite a long time to shift all the books, take down shelves, re-decorate and make it into a bedroom. There is also quite a lot in there I need to bring up to the new space but that also needs to have its shelving organized and cupboards and drawers sorted.

But we are at lest making progress though we have been involved in all this for the last two years.
