First Rose

Keep seeing lots of blips of ‘last rose’, yet for me this is my first rose as it’s my first photograph of one this year.
Garden very bleak right now, l really am a spring and summer gardener but this rose has come up trumps and is flowering beautifully right now.
Went to the cinema this afternoon to see Breathe, made the fatal mistake of not taking any tissues.
Nose wiped on my sleeve and now gearing up for Strictly!
