Maroulas

We got away one more time to the province of Rethimnon and visited the village Maroulas, named as the oldest  village of  Crete from Venetian times.

It lies beautifully on a  slope overseeing the coast from West to East and gets into the  touristic picture  for its architectural remains and its biological products.

Ofcourse I see a face in this tower
