BRIGHTENING UP THE DAY

For a wee change of scenery, Weemo and I wandered along to the visitors lounge this morning and spotted this lovely bouquet, probably donated by a grateful patient.

We've identified the offending drug that was causing some extreme side effects yesterday. It was the beta blocker. Against last night's duty doctor's advice, I stopped taking it because the side effects were so bad. Much better today, sometimes you've just got to go with your gut feeling. And the registrar confirmed today I had done the right thing and prescribed an alternative.

Enjoy the extra hour in bed folks, I don't really need it!
