After the plum jam, the marrow and ginger chutney...the apple and chilli jam.. comes..... Apple jelly!

Have you ever seen anything look so luscious in your life?

Himself was concerned at first because it was a bit cloudy, but then when he boiled it again it went beautifully pink and clear!

Today was a bit of a wet wipe out... garden plans had to be abandoned (not least because we were both very rubbish after yesterday). It took time til 1530 to get the shopping and then I just collapsed on the sofa and slept.

It's rare we have a lazy day. So we just made the most of it!
