Black Swan And Cygnets.

Went to the lake today, as I had a fair bit of bread that had gone a bit mouldy.

I haven't been there much lately, so was pleased to see this little swan family.

I presume the black swan was the Mum, and she seems rather young.  There was no Dad around.  The Mum was quite happy for me to get near to her babies.

I went into town later to do some Christmas shopping.  At 9a.m. it was already busy.  The book shop was waiting for Jimmy Barnes to appear for a book signing.  The queue was already long, and they had another 2 hours to wait!!

I managed to get two Christmas cards for the girls and some outdoor lights, and that was it.
