Carolina.....

....she's very early, but such a lovely surprise when we're in the depths of winter.

Carolina Jessamine is an evergreen which climbs through and over my trellis fence. She usually flowers late winter till the end of spring with beautiful yellow trumpet flowers and likes to bask in winter sun. She will be a mass of colour when I return from my holiday.

Another backblip this is the first of a few for the month of July, mostly of our holiday in the North Island.
