Up Up and Away...!

This morning we started our day with an unusual blast... our very first LIVE rocket launch! Just north of Cocoa Beach is Cape Canaveral where NASA has it's launching pads. For the people around here it's business as usual, but for us it was a real treat!

The rocket launch set the tone for the great day that followed : )...
The wind finally died down enough to make for a fun day of small, but good surf.
Mama and Papa enjoyed, while little bear and baby bear had a productive day of sand, sea and sun!
