It's all in the preparation

This boy has been having swimming lessons for 5 years. The last 3 have been as part of a disability swimming club. Today he has done 5m without armbands. It's been a long wait but worth it. Although, if the coach had offered a chocolate incentive sooner he might not have kept us waiting so long!
