Discarded

My blip plans have gone to pot this week. As I have been working from home, the thought of spending time on my home laptop isn't appealing.

Anyway back at work today. As there are no tiles, the workmen cannot progress. Nice ride in to work. A bit dark.

On my lunchtime walk along the Water of Leith I noticed this discarded flower in the water. Stem is cut very precisely. 

Ride home uneventful. Lugging the laptop home again. Perhaps the tiles have been delivered.

Get home to see tiles have been delivered. They're intact as well. Twin 1 brought them in in the remoteprospect that it might rain.

Nice wine with the evening meal. And a nice beer as a nightcap.
