The Best Gadget

Busy day in the kitchen. Made mincemeat, cooked a dinner for during the week, a dinner for friends tonight, and peeled many, many apples. Love this gadget which makes the apple job slightly easier.
We now have lots of bags of cooked apples in the freezer. And Eve's pudding for dinner.
